BizTech OS / Website information
Privacy Policy
Your information should have a clear purpose. This policy explains how information submitted through the BizTech OS public website is handled.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, last name, email address and your agreement to be contacted. You may also provide your company name, role, company size and primary interest. We record the signup source and submission time.
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, optional company name and message. Our hosting and form provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the website, maintain reliability and help prevent spam.
Why we use it
We use waitlist information to communicate about early access, the Founding Partner Pilot and relevant product updates, in line with your consent. We use contact messages to respond to enquiries and manage follow-up conversations. Joining the waitlist does not create an application account or guarantee a place in a pilot.
Service providers and sharing
The website and initial form submissions are hosted and processed using Netlify. Information may be processed in countries outside your own. We use service providers to support these website functions and may disclose information where required by applicable law. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We aim to retain information only as needed for the purposes described here, subject to applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable measures, including HTTPS and restricted access to submission records, to help protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please do not include passwords, financial account details or confidential business records in these forms.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop sending waitlist and product communications, by emailing admin@biztechos.io. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained where legally required.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not install advertising trackers or analytics tools by default. Our hosting provider may process technical data necessary to operate and protect the website. We will update this policy if the way we collect or use information changes.
